Bananas contain vitamin C , B complex , B 6 , serotonin , carbohydrate , potassium , and also as a complement to a healthy diet , and can be made a variety of foods , from bread to ice all kinds of fruit .

          "Mulu Bebe" is a typical banana coming from the north Maluku . Type of banana is still rarely found in other areas . Bananas  "Mulu Bebe" is that many horticultural commodities developed in North Maluku .

                          

                 Physically, bananas "Mulu Bebe" has a hallmark that differentiates it from other bananas , among others : typical form of fruit , big fruit section at the base , and getting to the end has narrowed . Flesh when ripe fruits reddish yellow ( orange ) . This indicate a that the vitamin C content was higher in comparison with the other bananas . It was confirmed from the fruit taste a little sour when ripe .

            

          In general , the physical size of the banana "Mulu Bebe" is : average plant height 160 cm with a diameter of 10 cm . Long leaves an average of 125 cm with a width of 46 cm . As we know , that the sago palm is a source of carbohydrates needed for body , but there are other benefits from the sago plant producing bio - ethanol . sago plants also produce bio-ethanol materials. It means two basic human needs, there are food and fuel can be produced through tree planting sago. In Indonesia, in the province of Riau Sago is widely available in the District of meranti, Indra Giri Hilir, Siak and Pelalawan. 

           



Sago is a plant that a lot of benefits. Sago has an excellent nutrient for health. Ainya levels reached 13.2%, 1.2% crude protein, 0.4% fat 6.2% crude fiber, 4.1% and Abu soluble carbohydrate sebear 88.2%.



Sago palms can be grown in areas with rainfall hujannoptimal between 2000-4000 mm / year. Sago grows in freshwater marshes or peat swamp areas and in areas along the river.

I want to tell about  my daily activity, but i'm sorry if my english language is not good, because i still learning english conversation.

      I live in kebumen city, country of Indonesia where there are have many good place for touring in here, like Ayah beach, Karang bolong beach, Logending, Krakal, Benteng Van Der Wicjk and other beautiful place in Kebumen.

     I wake up at 05.00 o'clock, then praying and take a bath for prepare go to my Campus University Muhammadiyah of Purworejo for learning in Department of Management, About English conversation, Human resources, Accounting, Stock Exchange, basicly Management, and more.....

     I go to campus every Monday until Saturday, and sunday have to go refreshing with my friend, swimming,or googling. Daylight at 07.00 until 12.00 i using my time for learning in my campus, at 01.00 until 04.00 i use my time for open my laptop to learning using google internet. At 07.00 until 09.00 i am playing some games, like badminton with my friend and play ches, but occasionally  i also open web google to studying english conversation, because i want my english conversation are good.

     In free time i use my laptop for sharing my article, sharing my experience, learning, in finding inspiration from internet. It's good for me to become best publisher but i must learn more and more from google internet. I think google is the best than other and once again, i'am very interested with adsense program. I hope i can join with adsense and i promise i comply with adsense program policy and will become best publisher with my article. and i comply with google policy.
