Ingredients :



- 500 gr snapper
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 vertebra galangal
- 50 ounces tomato
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Flavoring
Spices that are :
- 2 large red chilies
- 3 pieces of hazelnut
- 4 spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 vertebra turmeric
- 1 vertebra ginger .

How to make :

- Cut the snapper meat to taste , clean the outside and inside , then give the lemon juice . Let stand for 15 minutes . Then wash and drain . While waiting , sauteed spices that had been in the puree , add the lemon grass galangal , and bay leaf . Cook until fragrant and cooked . After that , enter the water , salt and sugar , flavoring, stir and let it boil . Then enter snapper , stir briefly , until the fish is cooked let it , if you like the taste of spicy , add cayenne chili . - 2 cloves garlic , thinly sliced
- 1 knuckle of ginger , thinly sliced
- 1 vertebra turmeric finger , thinly sliced
- 5 red chili sauce , to taste Rajang
- 3 sheets of orange leaves
- 1 piece of lemon grass
- Sugar and salt to taste
- Basil leaves

How to make :
